I am entering my 12th year of teaching and this will be my 4th year teaching at Freedom.  I have a  B.S. degree in Physical Education Teaching from West Virginia University and a M.S. degree in Sport Adiministration from Florida State University. This year I will be teaching  one 10th Grade Health and Physical Education class and four Advanced PE classes.

 

In the Fall, I serve as the Head Coach of the Boy's and Girl's Cross Country Team.  During the winter, I am the Head Coach of the Swim Team and in the Spring I am the Head Coach of the Boy's Varsity Lacrosse Team.

 

My hobbies include competing in marathons and triathlons.  This summer I competed in Ironman Lake Placid, a 140.6 mile race consisting of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and a 26.2 mile run.
