Description: This course enables students to hold and succeed in any entry-level job in marketing. The course combines classroom instruction with supervised on-the-job training in a local marketing business. Students concentrate on developing competencies required for success Students are expected to maintain continuous employment throughout the school year in a teacher-approved marketing related job, and must work a minimum of 396 hours during the school year. DECA, the student professional organization, is an integral part of this course.
