Wendy Ricci is the Library Media Specialist at Creighton's Corner Elementary.  She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education, a Master of Science degree in Education, a Library Media Specialist Endorsement, and ten years of experience working with Loudoun County Public Schools. Before coming to Creighton's Corner, she was a Library Media Specialist at Loudoun Valley High School, a 6th grade Language Arts teacher at Farmwell Station Middle School, a 5th grade teacher at Algonkian Elementary School, and a 5th grade Alternative teacher at Armel Elementary School in Frederick County, VA.

Wendy enjoys spending time with her family. Her husband, Rick, is a teacher as well, and they have three wonderful children. In her free time, she enjoys reading, swimming, walking, lifting weights, and shopping. She also loves to travel with her family and has been cross-country three times, including visits to Alaska and Newfoundland, Canada.

She is excited to be at Creighton's Corner and looks forward to a great year!
