This is Ms. Veltz's fourteenth year teaching in Loudoun County
as a Resource Specialist. Ms. Veltz will be working with fourth grade
students this year. She is looking forward to a wonderful school year.
Prior to moving to Loudoun County, Ms. Veltz worked with students
with multiple disabilities for the Board of Cooperative Educational Services
in Rochester, New York. Ms. Veltz earned her Bachelors in Childhood
Education and her Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from the
State University of New York at Fredonia. She also attended the State
University at Brockport where she received a Masters Extension in
Special Education.
When Ms. Veltz is not teaching, she enjoys exploring all the natural
beauty that Virginia has to offer. She loves running and spending time
in nature. When she is not outside, Ms. Veltz can be found baking
delicious sweets in her kitchen.
