2013 Summer in the Arts

We have changed the name of LYCEUM back to to Summer in the Arts per community request.  We continue to provide various class offerings beyond the visual and performing arts.  Overall class offerings will be similar to previous years.

OVERVIEW OF PROGRAM
Summer in the Arts is an enrichment program sponsored by Loudoun County Public Schools for county youth currently in grades five (5) to eleven (11) (rising sixth (6th) to twelve (12) during the summer.  Summer in the Arts  consists of workshops in the performing, literary, visual and creative arts. Offering range from beginner/introductory to advanced/intensive workshops.  Some workshops are mixed grade and mixed ability grouped but others are designated for separate grade ranges.  Instructors for the workshops are chosen from Loudoun’s finest teachers in both the public and private education.

Wait-list Update

We have considered numerous requests from the wait-list and placed as many students as possible. It is with regret that availability to register from the wait-list is now closed.

Thank you for your interest in Summer in the Arts.
We hope that you will join us next year. Have a safe and relaxing summer.
