Mr. Schinasi was born in Italy and raised in the Tuscany region. In 1990, he graduated from Don Milani, a Magisterial State Institute. He further pursued his studies in Language Arts and Visual Communications in France, at the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis, and Multimedia in Israel at the Tel-Aviv University.
In 1995 he moved to Israel and joined the IDF for his compulsory and reserve service, which began a 15-year career with a Security Consulting Company and VIP Protection Unit. Mr. Schinasi worked in domestic and overseas projects, such as Executive Protection, Security Supervision, Weapons Instruction, Anti Terror, and Combat Security Consulting.
In 2005, Mr. Schinasi moved to the United States where he has utilized his security experiences to improve and help the local communities in crime prevention and school safety. Mr. Schinasi speaks six languages from advanced to fluent of which English is one of them. He also is directing a local Security Consulting and Self Defense Management company that provides women self defense trainings, combat tactics, and firearms instruction.
Mr. Schinasi wishes for all of Loudoun County and the Monroe Technology Center students a smart and productive school year that operates within a safe atmosphere.
