Announcements regarding the Portal:
Families that have submitted the account request form (English | Spanish) will be sent login information on October 5th 
 
 
Assessment and Grading Expectations:
Loudoun County Public Schools has Expectations regarding Assessment and Grading, Loudoun County High would like to highlight the following expectations:
 
a.  Teacher grade books will be kept up to date.
b.  The assignment issue date is the date the assignment is issued.
c.  The assignment due date is the date the assignment is due.
d.  Test/Quizzes will have the same date for assignment issue and assignment due dates.
e.  Teachers will have all work graded/posted no later than 10 instructional days from the assignment due date.  Notes will be made for parents if it's expected for grading to take longer.
 
 
 Grading Legend
 
X = Student is exempt from an assignment and the assignment will not be included in any grade calculation
 
Z = Student has NOT completed the assignment and the assignment will be calculated as a zero if not turned in.
 
0 = Student has or has NOT completed the assignment and the score earned is a zero
 
No Grade Entered = the assignment has not been graded 
Gaining access to the portal:
 
To gain access to the Parent Portal, please complete the account request form (English | Spanish and bring it into the school or send it in with your child.  Once we verify your information we will send your login and password information.  
 
Please remember to change your password once you first login to the portal
