Each Dean is responsible for a specific grade level:

We at the Middle School believe grade level Deans provide services for students and teachers as the Deans work closely with each other, the guidance counselors, the assistant principals and the principal as a support team for the students and staff.

One of the goals of the Deans is to help facilitate teams' activities with the focus on improvement of instruction. Various administrative duties round out the dean's challenging yet rewarding job.
