Our mission is to provide specialized academic support in a nurturing environment with respect and the inclusion of the student's cultural and linguistic heritage.
 
Aims of the ELL program
  • Students participating in the ESL program will develop academic English language proficiency in order to perform successfully in a mainstream classroom.
  • Students will develop academic English language proficiency in the areas of reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
Overview of ELL kindergarten curriculum
  • Students will learn vocabulary related to the school environment, shapes and colors, the community, food, the human body, animals and plants, days of the week, places, weather, seasons, clothing, routines, and times.
