Recruiting

Loudoun County Public Schools is one of the fastest growing school districts in the United States. To meet the needs of approximately 3000 new students each year, the Department of Personnel Services works to hire a highly qualified, diverse teaching staff. LCPS hosts several local job fairs throughout the school year and travels extensively to recruiting fairs to hire approximately 250-400 teachers each year.
