Welcome to Chorus!

We have an active year planned for the choruses this year. The 2012 - 2013 event schedule is posted on this site. Your young singer should have shown you these dates on the chorus contract signed the first week of school. Please check calendar below periodically as we update information.

All rehearsals and concert dates are listed below. Attendance at each practice and concert counts as a large assessment during the 2nd and 4th quarters.

Performance attire for all 6th- and 7th- Grade BRMS performing ensembles is a burgundy music shirt and long khaki pants. Students are expected to wear concert attire for all concerts and special school events as needed. Students must tuck in their shirts completely in order to perform on stage.

8th Grade Chorus members will wear white full-collar blouses or shirts and black pants (formal or semi-formal - no denim is allowed!). Guys will wear neckties. We will wear BRMS polo shirts to Hershey Park and at other less formal performances such as the Purcellville Parade and Tree-Lighting ceremony.
