    Casting Philosophy

Students (and parents) should be aware that there are other factors in casting besides talent, such as:
  • Voice Matching  (tone & pitch)
  • Personality & Relationships (on stage, in character)
  • *Professionalism* (preparedness, dedication, and RESPECT)
Often, students do not have control over these aspects, so please be accepting of the Director's casting decisions and know that they are always in the BEST interest of the production. All students are welcome to inquire about casting decisions so that they may grow as performers : )
