Directions to Frances Hazel Reid Elementary School

Important Note: Our school address is rather new and it seems that many online mapping tools do not recognize the address and will therefore provide faulty directions.

Frances Hazel Reid Elementary School is located just north of Leesburg, Virginia. It is on a triangular shaped piece of property between Route 15 north bypass, Route 15 business (James Monroe Highway/North King Street), and Dry Hollow Road.

From downtown Leesburg, Virginia
Travel north on North King Street (Route 15 business) past the Courthouse and Ida Lee Park as if you are heading out of town. The school is just beyond the town limits and north of Dry Hollow Road on the right.
 

From the Dulles Access Road
Travel north on Dulles Airport Access Road and merge onto Route 267 west (Dulles Greenway). Take Route 267 Exit 1A and stay to the right after merging onto Route 15 bypass (Route 7 west). Exit onto Route 15 business (S. King Street) turn right, continue on Route 15 (North King Street) as if you are heading out of town past the Courthouse and Ida Lee Park. The school is just beyond the town limits and north of Dry Hollow Road on the right.

From Frederick, MD and points North
Follow Route 15 south towards Leesburg, Virginia. As the road splits between business Route 15 and Route 15 bypass, take the right lane business route towards Leesburg. Follow this road (James Monroe Highway) for approximately 500 feet to the school entrance on the left.

From Winchester, VA and points West
Follow Route 7 east until it becomes the Leesburg bypass north towards Frederick, Maryland. At the third traffic light past the Route 7 east exit, turn left onto Battlefield Parkway. Follow Battlefield Parkway to James Monroe Highway (also called North King Street). Turn right on James Monroe Highway. The school is just beyond the town limits and north of Dry Hollow Road on the right.
