2025 Benefits Open Enrollment

October 15, 2024 - November 15, 2024

 What is Open Enrollment?
Open Enrollment is your opportunity to choose the benefits that best meet your needs.  During Open Enrollment, you can make changes to your health insurance elections, including the dependents that you are covering, without a qualifying event.  This is also the period in which you can enroll, add or change coverage in a Critical Illness Policy, Accidental Injury Policy, Long Term Disability Policy (VRS Plan 1 and Plan 2 members only) or elect a Flexible Spending Account for 2025.

ALEX - Your Online Benefits Counselor

ALEX is an easy-to-use online tool that helps you decide the best benefits for you and your family.  The interface is fun and friendly, but behind the scenes ALEX's powerful modeling capabilities allow you to explore your benefit options in an entirely new way.  Talk to ALEX and explore all of your benefits.  When prompted, choose "I need info about next year's benefits" to model 2025 benefits.  Visit https://start.myalex.com/LCPS and start reviewing your benefits.   Then log on to Oracle Self-Service to make your elections.
