LCPS Retiree Open Enrollment takes place October 15 - November 15, 2024. During Open Enrollment, retirees on the OAP or POS plan can choose to change between plans. This is the only time of year that this can be done.

What's Changing for 2025?

• Retiree Premiums will increase 8% for 2025. See 2025 Retiree Health Insurance Premiums section below.

• The Point of Service (POS) plan will be replaced by the Open Access Plus High (OAP HIGH) plan. See Cigna OAP and POS/OAP HIGH Participants (Not Medicare-Eligible) section below.

• LCPS and Cigna are offering opportunities for you to learn about the health insurance and wellness benefits offered in 2025 through live webinars. See Open Enrollment Webinars below.

• Cigna Medicare Rx plan adds new out -of-pocket maximum of $2,000 on prescription drugs.

• Cigna OAP and OAP HIGH plans increase hearing aid benefit from $500 to $3,000 every 24 months.
