everfi award seal 2024

Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) has received the 2024 EVERFI Empowered Seal, a designation awarded to public school districts that demonstrate exemplary commitment to comprehensive,  whole-child education. LCPS is one of 1,660 school districts to receive the EVERFI Empowered Seal which ranks LCPS in the top 10 percent of school districts in the United States and Canada.

"We appreciate this recognition and the spotlight the EVERFI Empowered Seal shines on the Division's dedication to its students, as well as the lasting impact staff commitment will have on our students," said Dr. Michael E. Grubbs, Director, Career, Technical and Adult Education.

As a school district recognized with the Empowered Seal, LCPS students have the exciting opportunity to participate in the Empowered Seal Scholarship contest. This contest will award ten students with scholarship awards, with two students winning a $1,000 scholarship and eight students each winning a $500 scholarship.
