f your student is having issues with software (Google Meet, Schoology, logging in, internet issues, etc.), the quickest and easiest way to get help will be to call the Technology Support Center at 571-252-2112. They will be able to assist remotely.

If your student is having issues with hardware (the screen is cracked, the keyboard/mousepad is not working, the Chromebook isn’t charging, etc.), please notify your child's teacher and they will pass it along to the support team at Henrietta Lacks.

A Digital Experience Specialist will look at the device. If they cannot fix the issue within 15 minutes, your student will receive a loaner device.
