Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) has a variety of instructional resources. The following links immediately below further explain instructional resources at the district-wide level:

School Specific Resources

The following list details school-specific resources (not included in the district-wide list above) that contain sexually explicit content.

Heritage has no school-specific resources that contain sexually explicit content that is not already included on the district-wide list posted on the LCPS website.  We are keeping this link available in case items are added in the future.

Heritage High School Instructional Resources

If a teacher intends to use any resource that contains sexually explicit content, the teacher will notify the parent/guardian 30 days in advance.  Parents/guardians who would like their students to be given alternative materials should contact the student's teacher at least five days prior to use in the classroom.
