Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) maintains a cumulative scholastic record for every student enrolled.  The Records Management Office supervises the administration of active and inactive student scholastic records, provides onsite record management training for school staff, archives eligible student records, fulfills requests for records not located in schools, and provides education verification to requesting agencies. LCPS offers a convenient and secure website for former students and third parties to request student information or records online.

This institution is approved to offer GI BILL® educational benefits by the Virginia State Approving Agency.

If the student currently attends LCPS or last attended LCPS from the 2019/20 school year to the present, Subpoenas should be delivered to the LAST school attended. Use the School Locator in the upper right-hand corner of this page to find your school.

Subpoenas for students from 2018/19 and before should be issued to the Records Supervisor at  the Records Management Office, Department of Digital Innovation, 900 Sycolin Road, Suite #135, Leesburg, Virginia 20175.
