Course Request Change Form for 2025-2026

If you would like to request a change in your student's course selection for next year, please complete the Course Request Change Form.  If the school counselor has any questions or concerns about your request, she/he will contact you via your provided e-mail address within a week.  If a change is made, you may view the updated course selections in SchooLinks within 48 hours.

For all "Leveling Up" requests communication with the teacher is required.

Once both parent and teacher communication has been documented your school counselor will update the requested course change.


The deadline to submit this form is Friday, April 25.

 No changes will be accepted after the deadline.
