Back To Back Parent/Family Liaison

Below is the criteria and link to the application for rental and mortgage assistance in Loudoun County. 

If approved, funds are available and the county will pay up to six months of rent or a mortgage.

The County also offers a program for families who do not have a lease or mortgage.  

Loudoun County has a  Homeless Prevention & Diversion Coordinator who provides services through the Virginia Homeless Solutions Program. 

Services include rental assistance, case management, etc. for eligible households.  Here is the link to that information.
