Hello Trailblazer Families! 

My name is Farhana Ahmed, and I am your Family Liaison here at Discovery Elementary. 

I am here to support your family and to ensure your child has the resources they need for a successful school experience. These resources can be different for every family. Some examples are - food, clothing, medical, housing, employment, or school supply assistance. Please click on the tabs on the left titled "Important Resources" to learn more about some of the resources available to our community and how you can request them. All requests for assistance are dependent upon availability of funds and materials, but if I can't help, I will try and connect you to someone who can.
