Thank you for all of your efforts! Our Kiss & Go lines are running quite smoothly now. We are working to solve our entrance issues. Please see the communication sent out earlier this week under separate cover regarding entering campus. Please also see the reminders below:
The Car Loop is now officially the Kiss & Go Lane. Please click here for helpful hints on accessing the Kiss & Go Lane at Sanders Corner.
Parents will no longer be allowed to leave their cars while in the Kiss & Go Line. Parents that need to get out of their cars to bring students to the school doors must park in the car loop parking lot and walk their children through the fence opening near the blacktop and escort students to exit B3 (these are the doors that open to the back hallway). Students do have the option to walk themselves from inside of the fence to the exit doors, or parents can walk them all the way.
Students will not be allowed to walk in the parking lot without an adult escort. Once students are escorted past the gate near the playground, they have the option to walk themselves the rest of the way.
There is no parking, and thus no drop-off, at the fence that is adjacent to the playground. Please park in a designated space and walk your child to the opening in the fence. Drop-offs will no longer be allowed in the actual parking lot.
In addition to the above, we ask that drivers DO NOT TURN from travel lanes on Ashburn Farm Parkway. Cars entering campus must wait in the TURN Lanes that are designated with arrows on the road. We hope that these protocols make it safer to drive on campus, while at the same time being more efficient.
