Hello Tolbert Families!  My name is Rachel Allegra.  I have been a part of the Tolbert family since my oldest daughter started in 2010.  I have worn many hats during my tenure-parent, substitute and now bookkeeper.  I am so happy to be in a position to help families within my community.  You will see me in the front office and I am always happy to help with whatever I can!

Mrs. Abby Smith

Hi Tornados! My name is Abby Smith and you probably recognize me from my corner in the front office. I have been at Tolbert since my family relocated to this area in 2013, first as a parent, then substitute, long-term substitute, PALS tutor and now registrar. I live in Leesburg with my husband, 4 kiddos and 2 dogs and they keep me very busy outside of school!  

Hi! I'm Tanya Galofaro and I am excited to be the Family Liaison at Tolbert Elementary School helping bridge the gap with communication between school and home. I live in Leesburg with my husband and 3 kids. I enjoy watching sports of any kind and you can often find me at the various fields around the area watching my own kids's sports.  

My name is Denise Atkins and this is my first year at John Tolbert Jr. Elementary School! I worked for Kaiser Permanente for 20 plus years in Obstetrics, Pediatrics and Urgent Care and then switched to substituting in the LCPS clinical role for 2 years before becoming a full-time Health Clinic Specialist. Before coming to Tolbert I was at Forest Grove Elementary School in Sterling.  In my free time I enjoy watching hockey and soccer, fishing, reading, and spending time with my husband, Keith; my three girls, Genevieve, Corinne, and Valerie; and my three Siamese cats Mirabelle, Winston, and Sylvie. I am excited to be a part of the Tolbert family.
