PBIS

What is PBIS?

PBIS, or Positive Behavior Interventions and Support, is all about creating a positive and supportive environment for everyone in our school community. It's a way for schools, families, and communities to work together in designing effective spaces to help students learn and develop.

We focus on three levels of support: Tier 1 for everyone, Tier 2 for targeted groups, and Tier 3 for individuals.

By making certain behaviors less effective and more functional, we aim to enhance the overall well-being of our students in various aspects of their lives, including personal, health, social, family, work, and recreation.

PBIS Expectations

What Does Pbis Look Like at Robey?

The "ADAPT" phrase is a set of anchors, or the core expectations for all students who attend W.O. Robey High School. The PBIS matrix lists more specific behavioral expectations based on the "ADAPT" anchors.
