Fallon Automotive is a family-owned and operated auto repair shop with two locations in Sterling, with a number of current employees past graduates of both Woodgrove and Loudoun Valley High Schools. The auto industry is continuing to grow and evolve and as our business is trying to keep up with demand, we are looking to add some new members to our team. While we’d love people with experience, we have had great success bringing on young people new to the industry and teaching; we’re really looking for the kids who have a decent head on their shoulders, want to learn, and maybe just need a chance. We’re looking to fill positions as technicians as well as front desk/service writers at both shop locations – this would be about 4-5 full time spots total.
