Project Name:  Waterford Elementary School Renovation & Addition

This project plans for the renovation of and addition to Waterford Elementary School.  The scope will include phased construction to maintain the current school operations throughout construction.  The Village of Waterford, including the Waterford Elementary School parcel, is located within a National Historic Landmark district. 

 The School Board Adopted FY 2025 – FY 2030 Capital Improvement Program funds the Waterford Elementary School Renovation and Addition project.  This project provides for the renovation of the existing building including cafeteria, kitchen and office areas and an approximately 14,000 square foot addition.  The four-classroom addition will also include a multi-purpose room and other ancillary spaces.  The multi-purpose room will provide program space as a gymnasium and auditorium with associated storage and support.  The project, upon completion, will also remove  all modular classrooms from the site and be completed for the 2027-2028 School Year.
