What is a Recovery School?
Recovery high schools are for students who are in early recovery from substance-use disorders. The structured programs and their design are in partnership with the Division, health agencies, local and state government programs, and police and legal agencies.
Students will work toward their high school diploma while receiving additional layers of support in their recovery journey. They receive the academic, emotional, and social support necessary to complete high school and have the flexibility to participate in internships, work, or fulfill other commitments.
