Club Interest Form
Clubs are an important part of the experience for our students at Eagle Ridge
Following are expectations for clubs:
ERMS clubs need to be sponsored by a staff member, even if a parent(s) is running the club. If a staff member is running the club, no further action is needed after the application is filled out.
If a club is sponsored by a parent(s), there needs to be a staff liaison associated with the club. Parent sponsors are required to fill out an LCPS Volunteer Form.
If a club is sponsored by students, a school staff member or parent needs to be present at the club meeting times. The parent will need to fill out an LCPS Volunteer Form.
Clubs should hold an interest meeting before the official start to the club. This will ensure that the club has enough members to make the club successful.
Building use (rooms), dates, and times of club meetings need to be cleared with Kristin Dydo in the Main Office.
Every club sponsor should complete the attached application form, even if the club is not new. This will allow us to answer any student and parent questions about clubs.
Club permission forms for students can be found in the House Offices.
A description of the club is to be included in the Google Form. The descriptions will be reviewed before being shared.
