Chromebook troubleshooting:

Clear your browsing history

  • Open Chrome. 

  • In the top right, click on the 3 vertical dots  

  • Click on More Tools 

  • Time Range: select All Time 

  • Check all 3 categories  

  • Click Clear data 

Update Chrome version. The latest version is 90.0.4430.85   (4/27/2021)

  • Open Chrome 

  • In the top right, click on the 3 vertical dots 

  • Click on Settings 

  • Lower left side of page click About Chrome 

  • Click Chrome OS Settings 

  • Click Check for Updates 

  • Once it finishes looking for updates, click Restart

I am new to the district. How will my student be issued a device?

Contact Email Mrs. Scipioni or Email Mr. Workman to schedule an appointment to be assigned the appropriate device. 

Students who are leaving LCPS (whether graduating or transferring to a different district) must return their Chromebooks & chargers. Drop it off to room 302 (to the left of the library)
