Dual Enrollment Course Information
Loudoun County Public Schools (LCPS) collaborates with local colleges to offer Dual Enrollment (DE) courses for high school students to take at Riverside for college credit. Most DE courses are offered in coordination with Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA). Currently, Riverside also offers Geographic Information Systems through James Madison University and Independent Science Research through George Mason University. Each school year, the DE courses available at Riverside can change, depending on staff availability and other factors. You are welcome to view the Dual Enrollment Information Video and the presentation slides used in the video. Below please find two documents that together describe how to register with NOVA for DE classes. Note that Step 1 of the first document (Dual Enrollment Registration Steps) is completed by following the instructions in the second document (How to Submit a New NOVA Application). You must complete the NOVA application before moving on to create your Dual Enrollment student account (Step 2).
