Free & Reduced Meal Applications are open for the 2024-2025 School Year!
Please review this chart of Additional Benefits of Free and Reduced Meal Program (or see below) for examples. If you plan to apply for any of these benefits, you HAVE TO BE APPROVED FOR THE CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR, and applications can be completed at the LCPS Free & Reduced Application website. Please see the chart below for income eligibility requirements.
SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) Benefits
SNAP provides nutrition benefits to supplement the food budget of families that meet the eligibility requirements so they can purchase healthy food and move towards self-sufficiency. If you need more information about this program, you can visit the Virginia Department of Social Services website, where there are other details and a link to the application.
Loudoun Hunger Relief (LHR)
Loudoun Hunger Relief has been providing food assistance to residents of Loudoun County for more than 25 years. They are located at 750 Miller Dr. SE A1, Leesburg, VA 20175. To become a client of LHR, just provide proof of Loudoun County residency. A picture ID with your address is required, or for those new to Loudoun County, a bill that is three months old with your address on it will be accepted along with your picture ID. During your visit, they supply enough food to prepare three nutritionally-balanced meals for three days for any size family. If necessary, you may receive this service four (4) times a month. LHR does NOT share ANY information regarding their clients with anyone. By appointment only.
Loudoun Feeds (Calendar of food availability in the county)
Loudoun Feeds is designed to help people find food pantries, prepared meals, and other free food programs in Loudoun County.
Bridgefeeds
Bridgefeeds located at 21660 Red Rum Dr #188, Ashburn, VA 20147 and provides a free food box every Monday for pick up in Ashburn from 6pm to 7pm. BridgeFeeds exist to serve and minister to the physical and spiritual needs in Loudoun County. While food assistance is core to what we do, we also provide education, prayer support, and assist with referrals for housing, legal, and healthcare services. Our team of volunteers strive to make our Monday food distribution a positive experience that promotes love, dignity, and hope for everyone. By appointment only.

Catholic Charities: Loudoun Regional Food Pantry-Sterling located at 113 Executive Drive, Bldg #2, Suite 110, Sterling, VA 20166
Daytime hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Wednesday: 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Evening hours:
Tuesday and Wednesday, 5:15 - 7 p.m. By appointment only.
St. James’ Episcopal Church “Grace to Go” Meals
St. James Episcopal Church "Grace to Go" meals are available to anyone in the Leesburg community on a first-come, first served basis. Meals are distributed every Sunday at 4 pm at the Leesburg Apartments at 75 Plaza Street.
