For those facing financial hardship from unemployment, a family crisis, or a chronic medical condition, EnergyShare is Dominion's energy assistance program of last resort. There is no income guideline requirement. However, those under age 60 must have a disconnect notice (those aged 60 or older do not need a disconnect notice). EnergyShare intake agencies determine eligibility for EnergyShare and may have additional requirements when qualifying customers for this program. Call the Leesburg Office at 703-771-3371 to submit an application.
