Registration

Begin your registration by completing the online registration form (click the link below).  You can upload the required documentation outlined below or opt to provide it at a later date.  Once your registration has been submitted, our registrar will reach out to you to schedule a face-to-face  meeting to complete enrollment.

Required Documentation

• Birth Certificate

• Proof of Residence (Deed, Lease or Mortgage Statement)

• Parent Photo ID

• Physical dated on/after 8/21/24, a TB screening dated on/after 11/1/24 and immunization records must be provided prior to the first day of school (health form can be found here)
