Please complete the following when you start the school year.  Please do these as soon as possible.

• 1. Complete the Band Family Agreement

• 2. Purchase the needed supplies!

• 3. Pay the music program fee

• 4. Check your calendar

• 5. 8th grade only: Complete this year's field trip permission form.

If you are renting an instrument from Willard, please do the following

• 1. Complete the Band Rental Agreement

• 2. Pay the rental fee
