Family Immigration Resources
Loudoun County Public Schools is dedicated to supporting families by providing resources to help students thrive both in and out of the classroom. This Family Resources Hub page offers a collection of helpful tools, information and services for families. Please note, links shared may lead to external websites that LCPS does not manage, control or collaborate with. We encourage families to review these resources independently to determine their value for their needs.
Equal Access to Education for All is a Constitutional Right
"All children living in the U.S., regardless of their immigration status, have the right to equal access to education. In Plyler v. Doe (1982), the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that it was a violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution for a state to discriminate against undocumented children by denying them access to that state’s system of free public education.” (NILC.org, 2025)
