Teachers new to Frederick Douglass in grades 3-5 attended a Flexshop for Teachers new to PL.

As a school, we have focused our CLT work to be more productive and consistent across all grade levels.

• The instructional facilitators created a document of the purpose for CLT's to help teams guide their CLT meetings

• Teams created working agreements at the begining of the year.  They choose 1 working agreement each CLT meeting to focus on and reflect at the end of the meeting.
