Hello Honeybee families! My name is Jill Teague, and I am excited to serve as your Family Liaison. I grew up in Houston, Texas and completed my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at Texas A&M University. I moved to Virginia in 2010 and started volunteering in the community as well as in elementary schools in both Fairfax and Loudoun Counties. In addition to being your Family Liaison, I have been substitute teaching in LCPS since 2019. I currently live in the Dulles South area with my husband, our 14 year old daughter, and our 12 year old son.

As your Family Liaison, I am here to ensure your child has the resources they need for a successful school experience. These resources look differently for every family. Some examples include food, clothing, medical needs, or school supply assistance. I can also help with connecting families to the appropriate LCPS staff. Hovatter Helps

Throughout the year, some of our students may need help with items such as school supplies, coats, shoes, food, gift cards, etc. Families may also experience unforeseen life-changing events and will need our assistance. With a large group of Hovatter ES Needs Network members, contributions on an as-needed basis can make a significant difference.

The Parent Liaison Office is here to help families and students experiencing difficulties during the year. Our goal is to help families meet their needs by offering an extensive list of resources both at school and in the community.
