The online pre-registration portal has opened for the 2025-26 school year.
For enrollment in kindergarten, the student’s fifth birthday must be no later than September 30, 2025. The date of birth must be on or before September 30, 2020. To enroll your child, please go to register.lcps.org. The following documents should be uploaded: birth certificate, one parent’s ID, and proof of residency either in the form of a deed, mortgage or lease. A current health physical will be required to start school. Health Physical forms can be found on the LCPS website under Families/Student Health Services.
Once your child is registered online, the office will start contacting families to finalize registration and answer questions. Families will be able to bring their student for a placement screening as well as a tour of the school the first week of June.
