Registration for the 2025/26 school year opens Jan. 6, 2025. Online pre-registration is the preferred method to register a new or returning LCPS student. Once you submit your registration online, your school will contact you within five days to schedule your registration appointment.
If you are not contacted by your school’s registrar, please contact your school’s registrar directly to schedule a registration appointment. Registrar contact information is located on each school’s webpage. Below are steps to guide your registration process.
Remember that online pre-registration is only for:
Students, grades kindergarten-12, who are new to LCPS
Current LCPS pre-kindergarten students entering kindergarten
Students who were formerly enrolled and may be returning to LCPS
*Students who are currently enrolled do not need to re-register.
