Internship description: Accelerated Visions is offering a unique virtual internship opportunity for high school students in Loudoun County Public Schools. This internship provides hands-on experience in marketing, communications, and project support, where you’ll assist with creating social media content, contributing to nonprofit projects, and marketing events, including our annual charity golf tournament. Ideal candidates are organized, eager to learn, and passionate about making a difference. You’ll work 10-15 hours per week with flexible hours, and we are happy to accommodate summer vacations. Applicants should be available to commit through the end of the year and have reliable internet access.

Internship description: Next Gen High School Internship program is a unique opportunity with Loudoun County Government for rising Juniors and Seniors (for the 2025 -2026 School Year) living in Loudoun County to learn about their local government roles and responsibilities. This new program's aim is to teach Loudoun's youth about future jobs in their local government whether it be a part time role or a full-time position after graduation from high school! Acceptance into this program will also lead you into having a paid Summer Internship with Loudoun County Government for this upcoming summer break. Loudoun County Human Resources (HR) will place you in a department that best aligns with your interests!

Benjamin Lawless Internship - an opportunity for high school students to learn about audience engagement, exhibition design,a nd research stories associated with objects of all kinds and the people who used and created them.
High School Internship Program - by the National Museum of Natural History. The program supports current high school students, ages 14-18, interested in learnign about what working at a museum is like. Internships are offered in the Dept. of Entomology and the Dept. of Exhibits.

US Secret Service Pathways Program - provides students who are enrolled in or accepted for enrollment in qualifying educational institutions with paid opportunities for developmental experience to explore career paths related to their academic field of study or career intereste while enrolled in school. The program does not involve protecting anyone. In fact, most assignments are clerical. Internship is looking for high school students who are at least 16 years old and a United States citizen. Once they apply the applicant must pass a background check.

Student Leaders @ Bank of America - As a Student Leader, you will participate in an eight-week paid internship at a local nonprofit organization where you will learn first-hand about the needs of your community and the critical role nonprofits play.
