College Application Process
Seniors work with their school counselor to ensure they are following the submission process for all college applications.

Step 1: Brag Sheet
Submit the completed Student and Parent Brag Sheets to your school counselor and teacher writing your letter of recommendation. Student brag sheet is now located in your SchooLinks account as a "To Do" task and parent brag sheet can be found in Schoology.
Step 2: SchooLinks
Log into SchooLinks through LCPSGo. Add colleges to your "College Application Manager" list (keep it updated as you add or remove schools). If applying to a Common App school, match your SchooLinks and Common App accounts first!
Step 3: Transcripts
Parents complete the LCPS Transcript Release Form RT-10 through the ParentVue Online Verification. Transcripts will be sent to colleges listed in the student’s SchooLinks. Did you take DE? Don't forget to send transcripts from the college(s) too.
Step 4: Recommendations
Add a request for a teacher Letter of Recommendation in your SchooLinks account.
Step 5: Test Scores
Request test scores from College Board or ACT to be sent to all colleges.
Step 6: Organization
Stay Organized! Keep track of passwords, deadlines, and other important information.
