Health and Physical Education Department
Physical Education is an integral part of the academic curriculum. Our objective is to instill in students the values and skills of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Physical Education classes consist of a variety of activities that promote physical fitness. We will assess and measure four of the five components of health-related physical fitness: cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility.
Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity.
