The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a new federal free government phone program committed to bringing connectivity to low-income Americans. Qualifying households can get connected by answering a few questions and submitting your eligibility documents. To receive a free smartphone and free monthly phone service, you or anyone in your household, a child or dependent included, must meet the income-based or program-based eligibility guidelines. The program is limited to one ACP benefit per household.

Assurance Wireless is a federal Lifeline Assistance program. Lifeline is a government assistance program. The Assurance Wireless offer provides eligible low-income customers free monthly data, unlimited texting, and free monthly minutes. Plus a free phone.

Enrollment is available to individuals who qualify based on federal or state-specific eligibility criteria. You may qualify if you are on certain public assistance programs, like Medicaid or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).

SAFELINK WIRELESS® is a program provided by TracFone Wireless, Inc. serving eligible households. To participate in the SAFELINK WIRELESS® service, certain eligibility requirements must be met, which are set by each State where the service is provided. These requirements are based on a person’s participation in state, Federal support programs, or by meeting the Income Poverty Guidelines as defined by the U.S. Government. Access Wireless serves our community by offering free cell phones and service for qualifying customers, through a government-funded program. Offerings vary by state. Each applicant must meet certain criteria, such as being eligible for assistance programs.

Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP)

The Affordable Connectivity Program provides a discount on monthly broadband internet service, which includes unlimited voice, text, and data for households who meet government guidelines. The ACP program can end or change at any time. In order to prevent uninformed or unwanted transfers, ACP subscribers will be limited to one benefit transfer per calendar month.
