Welcome to Educational Technology!

At Sterling Elementary School, teachers and students are fortunate to have access to a large amount of advanced technology resources to support their teaching and learning.  Each child in grades K-5 has their own Chromebook to use at school and home. Each classroom is equipped with an interactive promethean Panels.

All students and teachers have access to our STEAM lab / Makerspace.  Classes can sign up to come down and work on projects involving video production with a green screen, coding and digital content creation, as well as hands-on exploration, design, and engineering! There are a variety of resources at their disposal in this space such as basic art supplies, a variety of reusable construction materials, a variety of robots, and a 3D printer! Teachers also have access to color Laserjet printers, scanners, and a poster printer in this space.
