All students will have art once a week for 50 minutes.  Students will be working in all different mediums. They will observe, problem solve, communicate and create works of art. Through art, students will also experience art history and various cultures studied in the classroom. 

In the art room students will also experience a positive learning environment. Students will be encouraged to think, question and experiment. Students of different abilities and skills will be motivated and inspired to do their best. The goal of the art room is to make it a place where all students will succeed.
