Please Note

ParentVUE will send out automated notifications about tardies and early dismissals.  If a student shows up late and were marked absent, our Attendance Secretary will catch that when they show up for their next block and parents WILL NOT receive an absence call.

If a parent does not notify of an absence or tardy and the student does not show up before 12:00 PM, the parent will receive a notification from our Attendance Secretary.  These are the only notifications parents should look into.

If you have any questions about Attendance Policy or an Attendance Notification, our Attendance Secretary will be happy to answer them.

In the meantime, please opt out of ParentVUE attendance push notifications by following this link for directions.

Early Dismissals

If you are aware in advance that your child will have an early dismissal, please report it through ParentVUE to notify the Attendance Secretary.

If you would like your child to be ready in the Main Office for early dismissal, please send your student in with a note to give to their House Secretary in the morning or call your student’s House Secretary and leave a message with the information.  This will allow your student to leave class on time and be prepared for pickup.  The note should give the time that your student will be leaving school and for what reason.

***For ALL unreported early dismissals, please allow an extra 10 minutes when you arrive at the school to pick up your student.  This gives enough us enough time to locate your student and check them out in the Main Office.***

All parents must come to the Main Doors at the front of the building for pick up.  We will require a Photo ID to have your student released to you.  If someone other than a parent (Sibling/Grandparent) will be picking up your student, please communicate this information in your dismissal note.  Please give name and relation and make sure they are aware they will need a Photo ID for pickup.

Please contact your House Secretary if you have any questions.
