Hello, everyone! Welcome to second grade. I am so excited to join the team at MCCS this year and begin a new adventure!

For the last 5 years, I've taught 1st and 2nd grade at Creighton's Corner in Ashburn. Before that, I taught 3rd and 4th grade in Fairfax County and Tucson, Arizona.  I am a native Californian and a graduate of the University of Arizona. My family and I have lived in Virginia since 2004, but we've also spent time living in Arizona, North Carolina, Texas, and overseas in Australia. My husband and I have 3 children ages 11, 14, and 17, plus 2 loveable labs, Griffin and Bo.  

 This is going to be a wonderful school year and many new memories will be made!
