PBIS at John Champe is best represented by our Knight's CHARGE: Character, Honesty and Respect Generate Excellence.

The Knight's CHARGE encompasses the behaviors and expectations we have for students throughout our school's halls, stairwells, classrooms, and other spaces.

Students are recognized for their commitment to the Knight's CHARGE weekly with CHARGE cards sent home by teachers and can be nominated by teachers and/or departments quarterly via our Rising Knights program. 

Staff members are recognized weekly by peer nominations for Shining Knights or monthly at staff meetings for being a MAGIC Maker by student nomination.
