We want to help you find the help that you need:

• If your LCPS-provided computer hardware is broken or malfunctioning, or if you need your password reset:

  • Students - Come to the technology office inside the JCHS library between 8:30 am and 3:45 pm on school days.

  • Staff - In addition to visiting the technology office, you may place a service request in Support Center and one of our Digitial Experience Specialists will contact you.

  • Students or Staff working from home - contact the Department of Digital Innovation by calling (571) 252-2112, Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

• For problems with ParentVUE or for recent student records inquiries, the school counseling office at (703) 722-2687.

• For personal wellness counseling, course selection, career exploration, and college planning, please contact your school counselor.  JCHS students can request an appointment with their counselor in LCPSGO.
